Honda ❤️ YOU : HONDA Technical School Partnership

Cebu City, Philippines ( September 30, 2025 ) - Honda Philippines Inc. (HPI) officially inaugurated the 5th Technical Training Center ( Honda Room ) located in the Visayas area of the Philippines, This is another HPI Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) under the Education Pillar and is anchored under the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), specifically SDG #4 "Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all".

In partnership with Don Bosco Technical College Cebu Inc. (DBTCCI) HPI donated various training equipment such as Electric Bike Lifters, a set of Special Tools, complete set of Basic Hand-Tools, Shop Manual and several service training equipment and materials that are necessary in a Honda 3S workshop set-up. HPI is committed to supporting trustworthy institutions like Don Bosco, as we share the common goal of empowering the disadvantaged youth / Filipinos under the banner “Honda ❤️ You” and Global Campaign “Together for Tomorrow”.

Present during the inauguration Fr. Rondolph A. Figuracion, SBD-President of DBTCCI, Bro. Silvestre B. Crisencio, SBD TVET Director, Mr. Ranilo Camacho – Asst. TVET Director and Mr. Wermer Nunez – MSES Trainer; while HPI was represented by: Jun Lomibao (HPI General Services & CSR Department Manager); Mr. Edgar Verba Customer & Mr. Marcelo Atayde CSO Field Engineers; CSR Cebu office local representative and volunteers Engr. Ariel Godinez, Ms Mae Ingente. DBTCCI is another Technical School Partner of HPI, the other Technical Schools that were previously inaugurated this year were Don Bosco Training Center San Jose City, Inc; Don Bosco Boys Home & Vocational Training Center, Inc.-Dumangas Iloilo, Don Bosco Training Center Mati, Inc. – Davao Oriental and San Francisco Institute of Science and Technology.
