All Personal data being processed by COMPANY shall be stored in a secure facility, whether virtual or physical. Papers or physical documents bearing personal data shall be stored in locked filing cabinets, access keys shall be entrusted only to authorized personnel.
The storage units or facilities especially associates' employment records are placed in areas which are not accessible to the public, safe from physical hazards and located in areas which are usually manned by authorized personnel.
