Honda Philippines, Inc., Inaugurates the upgraded Service Training Center

Batangas, Philippines — Honda Philippines, Inc. (HPI) proudly inaugurated its newly upgraded Service Training Center located at the First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP) in Batangas. This major milestone underscores HPI’s continuing investment to dealerships through capability-building. As a result, we will continue our commitment by delivering high-quality service experiences to our valued customers.
The event was attended by HPI’s Executive Committee members and selected managers, marking the beginning of a new era in Service excellence. This upgraded facility has been purposefully designed to mirror modern H3S and ideal dealer standards, creating a more realistic and immersive learning environment for dealer personnel.

In the keynote address, HPI’s President, Mr. Takeshi Kobayashi shared the broader strategic vision behind the investment. He emphasized the role of infrastructure in raising the overall service quality across the Honda network. Mr. Kobayashi’s remarks underscored that while the facility is designed to support HPI’s dealer network, the true beneficiaries of the investment are the Honda customers who will experience superior service at every contact point.

The inauguration was also highlighted by remarks from Mr. Jomel Jerezo, Vice President for Sales & Marketing Division, framed the occasion not only as a celebration of a new facility but as a defining moment for the organization to elevate and sustain customer service excellence. He acknowledged the leadership behind the vision, honored the frontline teams for whom the center was built, and called on everyone to embrace the training as a pathway to deliver exceptional service.


As part of HPI’s nationwide training facility development, similar upgrades are being lined up in the Visayas and Mindanao depots, ensuring equal access to modernized learning environments. Alongside with the developments, HPI continues to strengthen its partnership programs with technical schools, supporting the next generation of skilled technicians through industry-aligned training, real-world exposure, and access to updated tools and technology.
