IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS

Honda Philippines, Inc. (HPI) wishes to publish its policy regarding maintenance and repair services provided by its accredited dealers.

Recently, Electric Bicycles manufactured by Honda’s local subsidiary in China have been sold in the Philippines. However, these products are being imported independently by companies without coordination or accreditation of HPI.

With this premise, Honda Philippines notifies the public that HPI, and its accredited dealers, shall not provide After-Sales support for these electric bicycles. After-sales support includes, but is not limited to, maintenance and repair services, warranty coverage, parts supply, and/or market treatment support.

HPI advises users of these electric bicycles to coordinate with their selling dealers should they need any after-sales support.
