Honda Philippines, Inc. Joins the International Coastal Clean-up Day

Cebu City, 21st September 2024 – Honda Philippines, Inc. (HPI) joins the celebration of International Coastal Clean-up Day through participating in the 17th City-wide Coastal Clean-up Day in Sitio Mahayay 2 Pasil Cebu City.  This is in partnership with the City Environment & Natural Resources Office (CENRO) and the local government of Pasil.  Present during the important activity are residents of Barangay Pasil and other companies that collaborated for the successful International Coastal Clean-up day.

Under the banner Honda YOU campaign, HPI manifested its commitment to the environment protection and dedication promoting community health and welfare.

Today, Honda made a significant impact in the preservation of Pasil's coastline, water and marine life. Thanks to the collective efforts of HPI's dedicated employee-volunteers, partners from the government and the residents of barangay Pasil, successfully removed 1 ton (28 sacks) of garbage from the Coastal shores. Together, fostering a culture of environment stewardship and responsibility for the present and future generation.
