Field Sales Associate | Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao

Work Location: Field-based opportunities across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, with assignment based on the area to be supported.

As a Field Sales Associate, you will work closely with our dealer network to monitor sales and market performance, gather market insights, and implement sales and marketing initiatives within your assigned area. You will help identify business opportunities, support dealer performance, and contribute to the achievement of Honda’s sales and market share objectives. We are looking for individuals who enjoy being in the field, building strong business relationships, understanding local market conditions, and turning insights into actions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Good analytical skills with the ability to prepare sales and market reports

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience in sales, account management, or field-based work is an advantage

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive confidently and safely

• Willing to travel extensively and conduct regular dealer and market visits within the assigned territory
