• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Willing to travel and conduct field visits as needed

• Knowledge of sales, dealer operations, or account management is an advantage
