
Provides critical administrative and operational support to the Area Marketing team to ensure the seamless execution of promotional activities. This role is primarily responsible for the management of national promotion claims, including the systematic collection and verification of invoices and receipts. Additionally, the Area Marketing Associate plays a key role in tracking and monitoring marketing spend by preparing detailed monthly reconciliations, ensuring all expenses are properly documented and aligned with our budget. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of maintaining precise documentation to support audit readiness and efficient team operations.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any course
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Good communication skills
Customer Oriented and flexible
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS word) For Manpower Pooling
