Jr. Engineer - Manufacturing
Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer supports engine assembly operations by ensuring effective coordination between purchasing, material services, and production processes. This role is responsible for material planning, supplier coordination, and process readiness to support new model introduction and mass production. The position ensures that materials, equipment, and processes meet Total Quality Control (TQC) standards while achieving efficiency, cost control, and on-time delivery.
The Manufacturing Engineer also leads process evaluation, quality improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to prevent defects, minimize waste, and support continuous improvement across the production line.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
With at least (1) one year work related experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
With good communication skills
Preferably with background in report preparation and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
With driver's license (Restriction A,B) is an advantage
Willing to start immediately
Willing to work at FPIP, Tanauan City, Batangas
