How to Join Step 1 • Purchase an eligible Honda RideCare Maintenance Package from a participating Honda Exclusive Shop. Step 2 • Complete the official online registration form through the designated registration link. Step 3 • Provide the required information: • Complete Name • Address • Contact Number • Email Address (if available) • Honda Motorcycle Model • Engine Number • Frame/Chassis Number • RideCare Package Purchased • Official Receipt/Invoice Number • Date of Purchase • Selling Honda Exclusive Shop • RideCare Booklet Series Number • Data Privacy Consent and Customer Declaration. Step 4 • Once your registration and purchase details have been validated, your entry will be included in the official raffle draw.

How to Earn Raffle Entries • Every one (1) successful purchase and complete registration of an eligible Honda RideCare Maintenance Package earns one (1) raffle entry. • Raffle entries are based on the total number of eligible RideCare Maintenance Packages purchased and successfully registered. • Each qualified Maintenance Package purchase is equivalent to one (1) raffle entry. • Duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, cancelled, or unverifiable entries will be disqualified.

How to Claim Your Prize Winners may claim their prize at the designated participating Honda Exclusive Shop. The following documents may be required: • Valid government-issued ID • Winner notification, if available • Official Receipt or Sales Invoice of the RideCare Maintenance Package • Motorcycle registration details or proof matching the validated registration • Signed Prize Claim Form and Acknowledgment Receipt • Authorized representatives must present additional authorization requirements.

Important Reminders • A customer may only win once during the promotion. • Prizes are not convertible to cash and are non-transferable. • Unclaimed prizes after sixty (60) days from receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Honda Philippines, Inc., subject to DTI approval. • Honda Philippines, Inc. employees, participating Honda Exclusive Shop employees, agencies, suppliers, partners involved in the promotion, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join.
