SEPANG, Malaysia — September 5-6, 2026 — Carlsen Solis and the SDG HARC Pro Honda Philippines Inc. Racing Team completed a challenging weekend at Round 5 of the Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) at the Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia.
Competing in the AP250 category, Solis worked to improve his pace throughout the dry-weather sessions. He finished Practice 1 in P29 with his best lap of 2:29.937, before improving his pace in Practice 2 with a 2:28.435 to place P26.

In Qualifying, Solis recorded his best lap of 2:36.911 for P24. However, he was excluded from the Qualifying results due to an underweight violation, forcing him to start Race 1 from the back of the grid.
Despite the setback, Solis remained determined throughout the races. He finished Race 1 in P23, setting a best lap of 2:30.260. In Race 2, he continued to make progress, improving his best lap to 2:27.824 and crossing the finish line in P22.

The Sepang weekend provided valuable experience for Solis and the SDG HARC Pro Honda Philippines, Inc. Racing Team as they continue their campaign in the highly competitive AP250 class. With the remaining round ahead, the team remains focused on building pace, consistency, and performance for the next challenge.
