Simultaneously, the 21st leg of the Honda One Make Race, All Wave series was also held where the Mendez Brothers-John Allen Mendez, 17yrs old and James Aldrin Mendez, 14yrs old and both first timers in the Honda One Make Race won the 1st and 2nd place in the Wave 100 Novice Stock and Wave 100 Expert stock, respectively.

On March 1, 2008, Mr. Noboru Ueda, veteran WGP 125cc class rider from Japan conducted a race clinic for forty (40) local riders who were in their racing suits and gears.  Over 100 local racers and international motocross experts participated in the event, making the First Honda ASEAN Cup truly a success.
