HPI President, Mr. Kazuhiko Ikezoe is shown during the turn-over ceremonies of the Motorcycle and other training tools with the students and staff of TESDA Cebu and Davao HPI donates MC and tools to TESDA Davao (January 11, 2008) and TESDA Cebu (January 24, 2008) for the establishment of Honda Room for an “MC Mechanics Training Course”

*Adopt-a-School ETV Donation to Elementary Schools*


Honda Foundation, Inc., Honda Philippines, Inc. and Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. in cooperation with ABS-CBN Foundation, Inc. donated ETV packages to public elementary schools. Shown in the pictures are Mr. Kazuhiko Ikezoe of HPI and Mr. Shimizu of HCPI making the turnover.

*Bantay Kalikasan-Save the La Mesa Watershed*

Donation on January 28, 2008 of motorcycles to ABS-CBN Foundation, Inc. -Bantay Kalikasan to be used to monitor trees planted in La Mesa Watershed in exchange for TV plugs on HPI, Honda Safety Driving Center and the Honda Foundation, Inc.

Donation of used lead-acid batteries for proper disposal and recycling to Bantay Kalikasan-Bantay Baterya on February 19, 2008 at HPI Cebu Depot.

*Donation of Power Products to Gawad Kalinga*

To assist volunteer-workers in the Gawad Kalinga project for the construction of houses for the homeless, in December, 2007, Honda donated generator sets and power tools to make construction easier.

*Bacoor Pambungad Jaycees-Road Safety Signages*


As part of “creating a motorcycle culture” in the Philippines, in March 2008, Honda donated to the Bacoor Pambungad Jaycees, safety signages which were installed in tricycle terminals. Other safety initiatives are coursed through the Honda Safety Driving Center (HSDC).

*Share a Book Project*


HPI and HCPI associate-volunteers with Atty. Tessa Tan of HFI with Ms. Luzviminda Villa, School Principal and teachers of Bagbag Elementary School during the signing and turn-over ceremonies for the book donation.
