COMPLAIN ABOUT INEFFICIENT AND LIAR STAFF

PURCHASED: OCTOBER 22, 2011
LTO REGISTERED: DECEMBER 23, 2011
PAID IN FULL - CASH


who has contact in Honda Motor World ALABANG BRANCH? their staff yelled at me, I called for another follow up for my LTO Sticker. October 2011 pa binili. December na narehistro, at ngayon patapos na February wala pa ding sticker!!!!

sinigawan pa ako ng staff sabi nya "tignan mo kaya yang ORCR mo, quezon city ka kaya nirehistro!! san ka ba LTO tumatawag na may sticker na daw??"

the OR/CR is clearly written, LTO LAS PINAS FIELD OFFICE, NOT QUEZON CITY MAIN BRANCH. magdadahilan lang sya eh.

Kung di pa ifafollow up di pa irerehistro motor noong december... ngayon sa sticker kailangan pa ulit ulitin ang pagcontact sa kanila para ilakad lang nila?? grabe ha.. napakawalang kwenta naman ng service na binibigay nyo sa mga customers, to think na fully paid, as in paid in cash in full. tapos napaka walang kwentang serbisyo ng free license registration... eh ilang beses nang pinapatigil sa checkpoint dahil napagkakamalang NAKAW ang MOTOR!!!!!

napaka laking abala talaga!!!!!!

bad trip yan sir! tsk! yan ang problema dito sa pinas eh! walang consumer rights! pero wag kayo mag-alala sir, hindi iyan palalagpasin ng honda motors philippines!

sana magkaroon ng orientation ang honda sa mga dealer nila about "customer Service"..so far Triumph JT pa lang ang masasabi kong may magandang customer service..dun sa dealer ko LIARS din..everytime na nagfo-followup ako ng plaka ko ang daming sinasabi..sabi na sa main branch na daw nila for delivery na raw sa kanila nung tumawag ulet ako kung pwede n i-pickup next day na daw kasi encode pa daw nila..nung pumunta na ako the following day wala pa daw sa kanila nasa main branch pa rin daw..followup ulet wala pa daw..followup ulet nasa kabilang branch naman daw nila..after 2 weeks followup ulet..wala pa din..hay..sabihin na lang kasi ang totoo sana hinde yung nagpapa-asa pa at kung anu-anung alibi ang sinasabi. pag naiisip ko yung ganitong sitwasyon nanghihinayang ako sa HONDA kasi mas marami pa sana silang mabebentang motor kung maganda lang ang customer service ng mga dealer nila..

isa lang ibig sabihin niyan TS:

BASTOS talaga ang staff ng MGA 3S shops pag wala sila kita sayo dahil CASH ka bumili ng unit.

yan ang isang nasaisip ko nun kaya kahit may interest, may connection pa rin ang isang CUSTOMER at delear- kaya bawat buwan na dalaw mo nakangiti sila at bumabati dahil MALAKI ang kikitain nila.

ganyan talaga style ibang 3s shops kapag nakabenta na sila wala ng pakialam sa mga customer nila,,ang nangyari naman sken ung plaka ko antagal ibigay,,nahuli tuloy ako ng LTO kaya nag follow up ako sa kanila ,,pag dating ko dun nalaman kong andun na ung plaka ko ilang linngo na nakatambak sa kanila di man lang nagtext samantala nung namimili pa lang ako ng motor araw araw sila mangulit Sad

kaya ako, palipat-lipat ako ng honda dealer 3S shop magpaservice, hinahanap ko yun magandang customer service, hindi na ako bumalik sa dealer pinagkukunan sa motor ko..

mas mabuti TS, i-pm mo si mod. accomodating naman si mod sa reklamo namin dito...
